Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of service. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are inspected prior to leaving our warehouse, they are then carefully packaged according to shipping location and mode of transport in order to minimize any kind of damage while in transit. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to travel from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery generally takes 10-15 days. US and Canada orders travel approx 3-5 days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number and signature required upon delivery. This helps both parties keep track of the package and prevent miscommunication or mis-handling down the road. You will be provided a tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse, and it is up to you to make further arrangements with the courier company should you need to make changes and/or adjustments to the delivery.
Returns
Our return policy is 30 days for exchange only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to provide you with an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or is damaged, will not be accepted unless it was received damaged. If this is the case, proof of damage must be documented and reported within 48hrs of receipt. Please send pictures along with your receipt to info@deco-echo.com Discounted items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or great value, the difference will need to be covered at the time the exchange is processed. If you choose an item of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded to you. Shipping To return your product, you should mail it to: 2300 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M4P 1E4 You will be responsible for return shipping costs of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. In order to ensure your returned product is received by us in good condition and on time, we recommend you opt for a signature and tracking delivery. This will help you and us track the parcel’s location as well, it will help expedite the return process.
